    Bridget Looby Staffileno brings unmatched energy, heart, and purpose to her role as Vice President of Brand Engagement at Jolt Credit Union. A proud Irish Saginaw native, Bridget has spent close to twenty years leading community impact efforts, beginning as Jolt’s first-ever VP of Community Affairs.

    Known for her mantra, “I’m a sucker for a good cause,” Bridget is a passionate advocate for people, purpose, and policy, working at the local, state, and national levels to champion change that matters.

    Bridget also serves and has served on numerous local, regional, state, and national boards and committees, such as the Hell’s Half Mile Film & Music Festival, Mid-Michigan Chapter of Credit Unions, Midland Center for the Arts, Great Lakes Bay Regional Trails, and the Great Lakes Bay Regional Trail initiatives. She’s a passionate long-distance runner who’s completed over 30 marathons, including 10 Boston Marathons and a 50-mile ultra-marathon. 

    Her leadership and community service have earned her multiple awards, including the Great Lakes Bay Region Alliance “Ambassador of the Year” - First Recipient, Michigan Credit Union League – Lon Bone Grassroots Political Advocate of the Year, MiGente Magazine – Spirit of Frida Award, Credit Union National Association – Credit Union Hero Finalist, Outstanding Community Enrichment – Xavier DeGroat Autism Foundation, and Distinguished Citizen Award – Great Lakes Bay Region Boy Scouts. 

    Bridget lives in Fenton with her husband, Joe, and their cat Keeley, and she treasures time with her two grown sons, Mike and Nick. Her commitment to leadership, service, and uplifting others is what brings her joy.

    Christiana Malacara {MAH-lah-KAD-ahh} is a Senior news reporter for WSGW, Alpha Media, and created and hosts the radio-show/ podcast called- That’s What She Said! There, she invites women of the Great Lakes Bay Region to share their stories to empower others. She also hosts and produces Somos Hispanos of PBS Delta Broadcasting. She also works closely with TLD Holdings and Duperon Education through her digital marketing business, Third Eye Marketing llc. In the community, Christiana serves as the Chairwoman of  LLEAD Saginaw Chapter. She is a Saginaw Chamber of Commerce YPN Steering Committee member and the YPN Marketing Committee Chairwoman. She is also an active member in the  Midland Business Alliance: MyPros, and Bay Area Chamber: Energize. She is also a member of the Saginaw Valley Rotery Club. Her leadership extends to a board position of MI ALMA, a statewide organization, as she represents the Great Lakes Bay region.  Most recently, she won the Michigan Association of Broadcasters’ Best Feature Story and Michigan Best Podcast Awards for That’s What She Said!  Christiana believes that community engagement, culture, and media should serve as tools to enact positive change in our communities.

    CarolAnne Guillemette is the Founder and Financial Coach at Financial Health and Harmony Coaching, where she helps individuals and families take control of their financial lives with clarity and confidence. With over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has served as a Trust Officer, Financial Advisor, Bank Manager, and Financial Educator—bringing a well-rounded perspective to personal finance and client advocacy.

    CarolAnne earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Michigan University and her MBA from Saginaw Valley State University. She is also currently pursuing the Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) designation to deepen her ability to support clients through all stages of their financial journey.

    Her passion for financial wellness is rooted in both personal and professional experience. Having overcome financial challenges herself, CarolAnne brings empathy and real-world insight to her work. She is deeply committed to empowering others through education, believing that knowledge is one of the strongest tools we have to build financial confidence and security.

    CarolAnne and her husband, Patrick, live in Midland and are the proud parents of three grown children. Their home is kept lively by their three entertaining dogs and a cat. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, camping, and a variety of outdoor activities together.

    Deb Davis is a speaker, author, and founder of Empowerment Through Transparency, a platform where women are encouraged to own their stories, embrace healing, and walk in purpose. After surviving breast cancer and stepping away from a 20-year corporate career, Deb now empowers others through storytelling, photography, and personal truth. Her debut memoir, The Faces of Transparency: What We Reveal, reflects the power of resilience, growth, and redefining what it means to be whole. Deb also owns Detroit City Headshots, where she helps professionals show up with authenticity and confidence. Whether behind the camera or on stage, Deb is passionate about helping women rise from what tried to break them... and grow forward with strength and grace.

With extensive experience in instructional design and a commitment to personal and professional growth, Sarah empowers individuals and organizations to inspire transformational change. Her coaching certification and background in Health and Fitness further enrich her approach, fostering authentic connections across diverse communities.
