Cancellations must be made by the Sunday prior to the event in order to receive a credit toward a future luncheon.
Cancellations made after the Sunday prior to the event are not eligible for a credit.
If a cancellation occurs after the Sunday deadline, the registrant may transfer their registration to another individual by notifying WIL prior to the event.
Credits
Credits may be applied only to future WIL luncheons or events as designated by the Organization.
Credits are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the discretion of the Board in extenuating circumstances.
