Mooney's Ice cream has been a tradition in Saginaw County for almost a century. Heather and Neal are blessed with the opportunity to keep this tradition alive. This past year has been a testament to their personal beliefs about creating a safe, happy place for everyone to gather and enjoy.

Meet Heather Gorney

Neal and I have been married for 27 years, we have always worked well as a team through all that life has thrown at us. Our own home is a gathering place for family events of all kinds with a deep relationship with each member.

We take pride in all we do and hope to pass along the passion for hosting, serving and customer service to our young employees.

Mooney's Ice Cream is open year-round as dessert does not know a season. We will be opening our second location in August 2026 while employing more members of the community.
