Staci Cianek was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan, and has built both her career and her life around relationships, leadership, personal growth, and giving back to the community that helped shape her.
Staci serves as Chief Sales Officer at Superior Insurance Group, where she leads sales strategy, agent development, training, and growth initiatives. She is passionate about developing people, creating opportunities, and helping others recognize the value of relationships, connection, and having the courage to put themselves in the room.
Leadership has been a common thread throughout Staci’s life. A scholar-athlete in volleyball, she later transitioned from athlete to coach and has coached a variety of sports over the years, including high school volleyball and youth basketball, soccer, baseball, and softball. Those experiences helped shape her leadership style and reinforced her belief that the best leaders encourage people, challenge them, recognize their strengths, and help them become better versions of themselves.
Networking has also played a significant role in Staci’s professional journey. She was heavily involved in her local BNI chapter, where she served as President and later on the Membership Committee. Staci is quick to acknowledge that she would not be where she is today without that chapter and the relationships, opportunities, confidence, and personal growth that came from it. Her experience with BNI helped shape her belief that networking is about far more than exchanging business cards. It is about creating genuine relationships, showing up consistently, helping others, and allowing people to truly know who you are.
Staci has also embraced entrepreneurship outside of her primary career. She is recognized as one of the top leaders within Beneve (pronounced: Ben-Eve), a direct-sales company where she has built another community centered around relationships, leadership, and personal development. Staci strongly believes there is value in having a side business or “side gig” that you genuinely enjoy. For her, it is not simply about earning additional income. It is an opportunity to continue developing personally and professionally while creating a paycheck that can help families enjoy the extras in life, create additional financial breathing room, and build something of their own.
That same belief in contribution carries into Staci’s commitment to community service. She currently serves as President of the Bay City Rotary Satellite Club and volunteers in the community on a monthly basis, helping organize hands-on service projects and partnerships throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region.
At the center of everything she does is her family. Staci and her husband, Dan, are raising their two children, Jack 9 and Madelyn 8, in the same community she has always called home.
Whether she is leading a sales team, coaching kids, growing a business, serving her community, building relationships, or raising her family, Staci believes success rarely happens alone. Her story reflects the power of relationships, personal development, getting involved, saying yes to opportunities, and understanding that sometimes one connection can completely change the direction of your life.
