Presenter: Kimberly R. Houston
Principle centered leadership is a critical framework toward the practice of guiding professional behavior, building strong relationships and sustaining career and personal success. Women as a group intuitively exude positive attributes and innate characteristics which can significantly increase their leadership acumen, leverage their team contributions and spark principled action across in all areas of their lives – business and personal. This interactive session will encourage participants to explore their “female assets and strengths” through an action focused lens of principled leadership practice. How can women use these “female virtues” to bolster the energy and spirit they bring to teams, to their leadership assignments and ultimately to their long-term life and career?
Participants…come prepared to understand that “girls’ principles” are a new power strategy for growing leadership acumen, confidence and presence.
