Success today is increasingly determined not just by how many hours you spend in your office, but your ability to connect to others, how you incorporate outside perspectives, and how you navigate networks. Building and maintaining relationships takes time, but progress is not achieved in solitude. Research shows that women harness the power of their relationships differently than men and it’s hindering our success, but just like getting better at math, or becoming a more skilled communicator, it’s a skill all of us are not only capable of learning, but one that women should be prioritizing.

Neena Hogle is the Empowerment Program Manager for YWCA Great Lakes Bay Region. In addition to living her dream by joining the YWCA, she is also an entrepreneur with her own coaching and consulting business, Fearless Networking. Neena believes that when people know how to build strong professional and personal networks they afford themselves more opportunities, become more confident and build the foundation for reaching their goals. She helps equip men and women with the skills to create strong connections, lead a meaningful career, and network their way to their dreams.
After she discovered that she could actually get paid to talk to people, Neena obtained a B.A. in Communication from Saginaw Valley State University. She is a self-proclaimed dog mom who enjoys spending time networking with other dog parents at the dog park with her angelic pooch, Deamon.
