THIS EVENT IS CANCELED.
Studies show that psychological safety allows for moderate risk-taking, speaking your mind, creativity, and sticking your neck out without fear of having it cut off. Fundamentally, experiencing psychological safety at work means that you feel comfortable making yourself VULNERABLE in front of the people you see every day. Kasey Fox will share with us ways to ensure that you are providing a psychologically safe workplace for your team.
