Meet Monica Hozeska
Born and raised in Montrose, Michigan, Monica moved to Saginaw while attending SVSU. During college, she began her banking career as a part-time teller with TCF Bank and advanced into management, earning her insurance licenses along the way. Following TCF Bank’s merger with Independent Bank, she continued in management roles.
In September 2017, Monica became Branch Manager of Lake Michigan Credit Union in Saginaw, later known as LMCU. In 2026, she advanced to Market Leader, focusing on growth initiatives, business development, and community involvement. She leads the Saginaw team and works closely with Mortgage Loan Officers to build relationships with local organizations and create volunteer opportunities for team members.
Monica is also a Saginaw County Chamber Ambassador and serves on the Women in Leadership Board as Corporate Membership Chair.
Monica is married to her husband, Chris, and is the mother of Sierra and Aleks Presnikovs. She also has three stepsons, Tyler, Junior, and DJ, and is a proud grandmother to Exavier and Novalie.
