Tricia Rutherford is the Director of Recruiting for Strategic Recruiting Services in Michigan. She's also a certified Life and Career Coach. No stranger to leading others, Tricia has been in the corporate world as a manager for over 600 team members, and as a volunteer leader for a local women's ministry with over 300 participants. She served as 2022's Programming Chair and is now Women in Leadership's 2023 President.
